Here's a small guide how to post in the Help Section.

Include the game name in the subject line like:
[TSFP] How can I get platinum on Rumble in the Jungle?

And as the example above shows, use something descriptive as your topic subject.
[TS2] I neeeed help please

That isn't really helpful.
